for me, a combination works best...i usually sketch, and then scan for fill and textural changes...
very cute!
Oh, he's so cute. I can think of several analogies for Biblical purposes that would go with this. "He got the Whole World in His Hands"...except that's not God..lol. Or how teenagers feel they are so in control and can do anything like they hold the wolrd in their hands. I've several teens like that.
